My soul’s purpose is to help animals through rescue, advocacy and communication.
Nothing on earth touches my soul in the way animals do. From the tiniest mouse to the greatest elephant, I love and respect them all – and I am passionate about protecting them.
In 2013, I travelled to Sri Lanka for a holiday. Witnessing the plight of the country’s stray animals broke my heart and changed the course of my life forever.
This experience led me to establish Saving Sri Lanka Strays, a UK-registered animal charity (Charity No. 1209913) dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and caring for stray dogs and cats in Sri Lanka.
My commitment to animal rescue extends into my personal life. I share my home with many rescued animals, most of them from the UK, who might otherwise have been put to sleep. Caring for them has deepened my understanding of the trust, resilience and unconditional love animals bring into our lives.
Over time, I brought together my belief in the spiritual realm and my lifelong connection with animals by developing as an animal communicator.
I have a deep interest in the emotional and spiritual bond between humans and animals. Through animal communication, I seek to understand their feelings, needs and unique personalities. My aim is to help animals be better understood, ensure their needs are recognised and met, and strengthen the special connection they share with the people who love them.
My experiences in animal rescue and communication inspired me to become a first-time author. They laid the foundation for my book, I Am Troy: The Dog with Nine Lives – with many more stories still to come.
A donation from every book I sell and every animal communication reading I provide goes directly to Saving Sri Lanka Strays, helping the charity continue its vital work rescuing and caring for animals in need.
Today, I have created a life centered around what matters most to me: rescuing animals, communicating with them and writing about the remarkable animals I have had the privilege to help.
